By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit the survey. These terms apply only to the current Bulicano website and its pre-launch research activities.
2. Bulicano’s current status
Bulicano is currently a pre-launch healthy-food store concept being validated with families around Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur. The store is not open. The website currently explains the concept, gathers demand research and, where a visitor chooses, supports possible research conversations and optional launch or community communications.
The website does not currently sell products, accept orders or payments, arrange delivery, or provide medical or dietitian services.
3. No promise of launch or availability
Survey questions and website descriptions explore possible plans. They do not promise that a store will open or that any product, category, service, price, delivery option, location, event or launch date will become available. Bulicano may change, postpone or stop any part of the concept after reviewing research and practical factors.
4. Survey participation
Participation is voluntary. You are responsible for providing information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge, lawful to submit and your own, or information you are authorised to provide. Do not submit another person’s contact details without permission.
Do not use free-text fields to provide diagnoses, medical records, test results, confidential information, unlawful content or material that infringes another person’s rights. We may disregard or remove responses that appear abusive, fraudulent, automated or unrelated to the research.

5. Nutrition and healthy-food information
Content about nutrition, ingredients, healthier choices and possible store guidance is general information about a proposed retail concept. It is not medical, nutritional or dietetic advice and is not a diagnosis, treatment or substitute for individual professional advice.
Using the website or completing the survey does not create a doctor, dietitian, healthcare-provider or patient relationship. Speak with a suitably qualified professional about allergies, medical conditions, medicines, dietary restrictions and individual health needs.
6. Concept images and mock-ups
Photographs, illustrations, mock-ups and descriptions labelled or presented as concept material are illustrative. They help explain a possible direction and are not photographs or representations of an operating Bulicano store, current staff, available products or services.
7. Intellectual property and permitted use
The website’s brand names, logos, design, copy, graphics and other original content are owned by or used with permission by Bulicano and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
You may view the website and share a link for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell, license, scrape or commercially exploit site content without prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

We may update, suspend or discontinue the website, survey, contact channels or any content at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available access. We may correct errors or remove outdated content without notice.

The website is provided on an “as available” basis for pre-launch information and research. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bulicano disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated here and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the website.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights available to consumers under applicable law.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and any law requiring a different forum, courts with jurisdiction in Jaipur, Rajasthan will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms or the website.
